Use of this website and booking of any services offered through it is limited to individuals who are 25 years of age or older. By accessing this site or submitting any inquiry or reservation request, you represent and warrant that you are at least 25 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by a person who does not meet this age requirement.
You may be required to register and create an account to access some content and functionality on the Sites and/or Platforms. You may be required to provide personal information, such as an email and password, to create an account, as described in our Privacy Notice.

You have full responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness, as further explained in the Content Standards .
The Sites may include content provided by persons or entities other than Wondering Frog LLC ("third parties"). Other than content provided by Wondering Frog LLC, all statements and/or opinions expressed, including all articles, responses to questions, and other content are solely the opinions and the responsibility of the party providing those materials. Wondering Frog LLC is not responsible for the content of any materials provided by third parties, and Wondering Frog LLC does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any such information. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website or our services ("Dispute") shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation before a mutually agreed mediator in Reynolds County, Missouri. If mediation does not resolve the Dispute within 60 days of submission, the parties agree to resolve the Dispute by binding arbitration administered by [JAMS / the American Arbitration Association] under its applicable rules. Arbitration shall take place in Reynolds County, Missouri. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AND WONDERINGFROG WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
You agree that all matters relating to the Sites and these Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Missouri without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Missouri or any other jurisdiction).
